Skills Your Child Will Develop:

Motor Skills
- Climb, run, and walk up and down stairs with ease
- Pedal a tricycle and kick a ball
- Wash and dry hands independently
- Make strokes with a pen or pencil
- Turn book pages one at a time
- Screw and unscrew lids, jars, nuts, and bolts
Cognitive Skills
- Understand concepts like “now,” “soon,” and “later”
- Know numbers and complete simple 3-4 piece puzzles
- Sort objects by shape and color
- Match objects to pictures
- Grasp physical relationships (on, over, in, out)
- Laugh at silly ideas and understand “one” and “two”
Social & Language Skills
- Speak in 3-5 word sentences and ask lots of questions
- Play cooperatively in small groups
- Recognize common objects and repeat simple rhymes
- Use pronouns (I, you, me, we, they) and some plurals
- Know their first and last name and whether they’re a boy or girl
- Enjoy books and imitate chores or roles in pretend play
